Avoid this in business, Why people ”fail”

I'm listing out a few ways that will result in "failure" or "giving up" on your business. We dive into perfectionism, validation, nervous system regulation + inner work, fear of failure, and a lot of really good topics that you're going to resonate with. I listened to this episode after recording and it's quite helpful. I honestly wish I heard this in the beginning stages of my journey but I twas nice to hear from myself in the present.

Overwhelm that comes with being an entrepreneur

This episode is a soothing one infused with some tough love to get you going and up out of victim mode. It's a little reminder that we are all going to die and to lighten up a little as you navigate the ups and downs of being a business owner or aspiring one of course.
